Karine Robert, MSc., CRHA, ADM. A

Founding Partner and President

Karine is an international recruiter with more than 20 years of experience both in Canada and in Europe. She has actively participated in the fulfillment of more than 600 exclusive search mandates of Senior Executives and Board Members for organizations and associations across the public and private sectors.

She earned a Master of Science Degree in International Management with a specialization in Human Resources, through a joint degree program offered collaboratively by the École Supérieure de Commerce et de Management de Tours-Poitiers (France) and the Université de Sherbrooke. She is certified CRHA, from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, and is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.).

Karine is fluent in French and English, and she has been granted the “secret” level security status by the federal government, with whom she partners regularly in the recruitment of their executives and leaders.

She upholds the highest standards of rigour and integrity. Passionate, she enjoys a strong reputation among both clients and candidates for her high level of professionalism and commitment. She is also a generous person, strongly committed to the community and to supporting causes that are close to her heart.

Léonie Gallant

Experience and expertise

Léonie has been working in the search and recruitment of executives and professionals since 2008. Her extensive experience as a recruiter and a researcher, allowed her to gain a strategic insight across a broad range of areas, including the institutional, municipal, and educational sectors, the insurance industry, as well as Consulting Services.

She has always been closely involved with clients in the business community, so she is well aware that behind each assignment there is a team with specific needs, and administrators with high expectations. With the ever-present desire to meet her client expectations, she conducts the assignments that are entrusted to her in a thorough and effective manner. She is often referred to as “a real partner” for her professional and respectful approach.

Stella Riggi, B. Sc., CRHA

Experience and expertise

Stella is a graduate in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal, and a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. A bilingual and strategic leader, she continued her training in coaching and experiential learning approach. She has worked for 30 years as Director of Human Resources in an international consulting firm and then in a crown corporation where, among other things, she implemented the diversity and inclusion policy.

She also worked for a crown corporation, where she modernized the HR policy, conducted all recruitments for high-level positions and implemented the behavioral approach. She believes that collective intelligence and diversity of ideas are levers for creating respectful, equitable and creative work climates.
Stella is a specialist in organizational diagnostics and EDI action plans. She is also certified to administer the AtmanCO psychometric test to validate the final selection of candidates.

Fanie Noiseux

Experience and expertise

Fanie has over 15 years of experience in intermediate and executive search, including eight years with a major Montréal consulting firm. She has conducted hundreds of mandates in the consumer goods and philanthropy sectors. She has worked for a long period of time in the philanthropic sector, but also in communications and sales, allowing her to fully understand the reality of employers and candidates today.
She is recognized in the industry for her expertise, her vast network and her human approach to recruiting with great integrity. Her kindness and contagious energy make her an effective ally, entirely dedicated to the success of the organizations and executives she advises.

Sabrina Poirier, Ph. D.

Experience and expertise

Sabrina holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations. She is a seasoned human capital management specialist. She has worked for 15 years in a human resources and management consulting firm, where she had the opportunity to accompany hundreds of organizations from several economic sectors with their challenges and development.

She has also been instrumental in improving Staffing Practices within the Société Québécoise de Psychologie du Travail et des Organisations.

Her expertise in talent analysis, in potential assessment as well in the development of skills and leadership becomes is an asset in the recruitment and selection process.

Thérèse Mongeau

Experience and expertise

Throughout her career in Human Resources, Thérèse has held the position of Assistant to the Director, Industrial Relations and Benefits for a large manufacturing organization, before joining an Executive Search firm located in Montréal, where she held the role of Research Assistant.

For the last 12 years, she is exclusively dedicated to executive search and has been involved in the execution – and success – of some 300 search mandates for public and private organizations. She is perfectly fluent in both French and English.
