Karine Robert, CRHA

Karine is an internal recruiter with more than 20 years of experience in Canada and in Europe. She has actively participated in the fulfillment of more than 500 exclusive mandates involving the search of Executives and Boards of Directors for organizations across both the public and private sectors.

She earned a Master of Science Degree in International Management with a specialization in Human Resources, through a joint degree program offered collaboratively by the École Supérieure de Commerce et de Management de Tours-Poitiers (France) and the Université de Sherbrooke. She is certified CRHA, from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.

Karine is fluent in French and English. She has been granted the “secret” level security status by the federal government with whom she partners regularly in the recruitment of their executives and leaders.

She upholds the highest standards of rigour and integrity. Passionate, she enjoys a strong reputation among both clients and candidates for her high level of professionalism and commitment. She is also a generous person, strongly committed to the community and to supporting causes that are close to her heart.

Léonie Gallant

Léonie has been working in the search and recruitment of executives and professionals since 2008. Her extensive experience in wearing many hats, including those of recruiter and researcher, allowed her to gain a strategic insight across a broad range of areas, including the institutional and educational sectors, the insurance industry and consultancy services.

She has always been closely involved with clients in the business community, so she is well aware that behind each mandate there is a team with specific needs, and administrators with high expectations. With the ever-present concern to satisfy all of them, she conducts the assignments that are entrusted to her in a thorough and effective manner. She is often referred to as “a real partner” for her professional and respectful approach.

In addition to her expertise in executive searches, Léonie offers coaching and career management services for executives and professionals. She has been running her own private firm since 2013 and acts as Associate Collaborator for Electi.

Stella Riggi, CRHA

Stella has a degree in Industry Relations from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Order of Québec (CPHR). She is a Bilingual Strategic Leader and a trained coach who adopts an experiential approach to learning. For over 30 years, she has worked in executive roles in Human Resources for an international consulting firm and a federal crown corporation, where she notedly developed and implemented human resources and diversity and inclusion strategies.

She has a marked interest in recruitment, having started her career in executive search. While working for a crown corporation, she modernized recruitment policies and procedures, implemented a behavioural approach to hiring, and led all recruitment for strategic positions within the organization. She is also certified to carry out the AtmanCO Psychometric Test to validate the final selection of candidates.

She is actively engaged in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and carries out organizational assessments, offering personalized action plans and guidance. She recognises that the collective intelligence and diversity of voices leverages the creation of a safer and more respectful, just, and dynamic workplace.

Integrity, transparency, guidance, and compassion are at the heart of her actions. She currently acts as a collaborator for Electi.

Thérèse Mongeau

Coordinator

Throughout her career in Human Resources, Thérèse has held the position of Assistant to the Director, Industrial Relations and Benefits for a large manufacturing organization, before joining an Executive Search firm located in Montréal, where she held the role of Research Assistant.

Those experiences played a key role in her becoming a wise and reliable coordinator who understands the various facets related to human capital management, and who recognizes that respect, quality and confidentiality are the cornerstones of an outstanding service. She is perfectly fluent in both French and English.

In her role of coordinator for Electi, Thérèse ensures that everything runs smoothly. She takes part in the drafting, proofreading and translation of different reports and announcements.
